“Huge shout out to Kirk, Emily and the service crew at Nelson Toyota. I was visiting from Washington State on a four-day snowboard trip, and my drive shaft broke on the first day. Had my truck towed to their shop and they had it fixed in 24 hours! They went above and beyond; they had an employee drive 2 hours round-trip to pick up a used drive shaft. Saved the trip and made it home safe. Thanks again for the amazing service!!”
